It appears that Vermont is good to go in the election. In a recent poll, Trump is at 26 percent in Vermont, less than the 47 percent of people likely to vote who say they would vote for Clinton. This lead is one of the biggest polling margins in the United States. With this much of a lead, Clinton is probably safe in assuming that Vermont is hers.
Obama won Vermont in 2012 and polling data is indicating that the people of Vermont will sway Democratic again in November.
That being said – Vermont only has 3 electoral votes. So it doesn’t matter.
