Based on recent polls, Donald Trump is polling at 41% in Rhode Island, less than the 44% of likely voters supporting Hillary Clinton. This advantage is within the margin of error, making Rhode Island a tie. Back in 2012, Rhode Island voted for Obama. Polling data is indicating that they will lean Democratic again in 2016.

Still – It’s worth pointing out that Rhode Island only has 4 electoral votes. So it doesn’t matter in the end.
